On the one hand, by privatisating the entreprise, the governement will receive profit by selling their bussines what that would involves an increase in the purchasing power from the state, meanwhile the quality of society could also increase, leading to new opportunities in other state investements.
NO
On the other hand, private companies priorize profit again well-being. That means, the FDJ would no longer take care from their consumers, which could also result in a lost of amusement for society with the game. Also, this type of games (betting, lottery games…) are always dangerous because they could create adictions and a huge lost of money for the ones who plays. If there´s no longer a state control on the monopoly, the Enterprise could become a more dangerous and unhealthy coorporation, that affects directly to society.
