- With this, la Française des jeux could be more concentrate by making profit

- For the consumer, this choice cannot be good because, la française des jeux must not keep in mind the interest of the consumer. We know that a state enterprise is here to satisfy the general interest
- If this choice is not the good, the state will not be here to save the company if they must crash. By holding only 20% of the company, the state is no more a secure support
