She wrote The Person You Mean to Be and A More Just Future, provide actionable insights on becoming a better leader, colleague, and citizen.
She specialised herself in bounded ethicality, inclusion and bias. Her research is mainly based on « why even well-intentioned employees and managers can discriminate others », she helps people and organizations bridge the gap between who they are and who they aspire to be.
She identified that bias is not only bad intention, it can be structural or automatic. She discovered that ethical and inclusive behavior is not guaranteed by good intentions. She also discovered limits to her research such as that context and environment matter.
She showed that being ethical and inclusive is not about perfection but lore about progress and improve themself.
