Although the allegations surrounding amazons suspicious practices are quite enticing. I believe that third-party sellers that use amazon as a means of selling their product should understand that the products being sold are fare use for amazon as those products wouldn't be lucrative without the company and its consumers. In retrospect, one can say that Amazon is abusing its power, but on another hand, these third-party sellers decided on their own volition to sell their products on Amazon, giving Amazon the opportunity to imitate their products when they could have sold them elsewhere.
