I've just posted the article on Elon Musk (before the end of our class) and actually I must confess I had not gone through details...sorry.
When I read it again, I found that the bid was not about the $44 bn but because Elon Musk had offered to end the investigations about the tweets he had posted on Tesla (2018 and last year), which was rejected...
So please read it again carefully in the light of this essential element :-)
