The french-based website "Leboncoin", created in 2006 by a Norwegian conglomerate Schibsted, is classified as an 'advertisment' website. It permits professionals and consumers have a direct interaction via their platform, offering different varieties of goods & services such as rent, selling, donations, and purchases. It's mainly used as a third-party app to assure transactions between individuals.

                                                The actors:

 - Owner : They have direct control & management of the platform. Ultimately, all of the decisions come from them. The owners have an indirect ( and a generally positive) network effect, as they create the user's experience without needing to interact with them.

In other some scenarios, if ads are not properly managed (ex: allow frauds/scams), it can create a negative network effect.

-Advertisers/Producers : They are the users who offer ressources to the community. They have both an indirect & direct network effect, as they can more or less attract the consumers, growing the platfrom, and offer a variety of their ressources. The positive or negative impacts are determined by the individal advertisers intentions, but generally, their advertisements attracts the consumers and plays a big role in the network effect.

-Consumers : The consumers also have an indirect & direct positive network effect: When there are more customers, they will attract more producers/advertisers which will contribute to the network effect (vise-versa).
