Following modern project management approaches such as Agile and lean management, this course teaches the participants the implementation of business intelligence and project management tools and methods for managing innovative projects and companies more efficiently. Students will learn and experiment with concepts such as Agile, lean, DevOps, and Data Science for enabling innovation within an organization
